hide and sleek.

I wasn’t planning on needing to wear Spanx under my wedding dress. Especially now that I’m upping the exercise, and decreasing the wine, in the last few weeks before the wedding!

But I think I might get myself some of these sexy undergarments, just in case. It might just help hide my food bump on the night 😉

Ahaha. I am right out refusing to go down the Spanx path. I have an a-line dress so I hope that will do me a few favours.
Have you considered a torsolette? I know it’s not gonna do quite the same job, but I’ve been trying a few on and they seem to smooth out the gut a bit… plus they look hot too!

    • Haha but no one can see the Spanx, right?? 😉 Torsolettes are pretty – but I’d need it to be completely smooth / seamfree, and I haven’t seen any like that…

  2. Hmmm…

I suppose it depends on the dress. If I was wearing a sheath style, I would. But my dress is quite structured as is.

And I can’t help but wonder how bloody uncomfortable it’d be!

Hmm may I suggest the pant style..? I have tried both and i find the skirt rides up. They are good for a little while but if I wear it all day I end up with a bellyache 😦 Maybe have a trail day first?

  4. Hehe good idea! I hardly ate anything on the night. I was starving by the time we got back from the wedding and wished that I had asked the waiter to pack me up something! 😛

I love the image on the left. It’s kind of sexy, in a supportive way, hee. 😀
